Terms of service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of AllDoc (alldoc.site), provided by Nubri GmbH, Berlin. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

AllDoc converts documents (Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, EPUB and others) to Markdown, in the browser and through an API. Its AI tools summarise, answer questions about and translate converted text using Claude on Amazon Bedrock. Conversions and AI answers are produced automatically and can contain mistakes: check them before you rely on them.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your password and API keys secret; you are responsible for what is done with your account and keys.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the results. You give us the permission needed to process them to provide the service. Only upload files you are allowed to share with us.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content, and nothing that infringes others' rights.
  • No attempts to get around the plans' limits (for example with several accounts), to disrupt the service, or to probe it for weaknesses.
  • No reselling of the service without our written permission.

Plans, limits and payment

  • Free: 20 conversions a month, files up to 10 MB, and 5 AI requests a month with Claude Sonnet 5.5 once you confirm your email address (documents up to 50,000 characters). Free AI requests belong to the email inbox, whatever the number of accounts.
  • Pro ($9 a month): 2,000 conversions a month, files up to 50 MB, and 500 AI requests a month with Claude Opus (documents up to 200,000 characters).

Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). A request that fails is not counted. To keep the service available to everyone, free AI requests may pause for the rest of a day when free use is at capacity. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel; cancelling in the billing portal takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AllDoc available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change the service and these terms; if a change matters to you, we will tell you in advance by email or on the site.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act is not affected.

Ending the contract

You can stop using AllDoc and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after a warning unless the breach is serious.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid contract (a subscription, a plan or a credit purchase) within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, tell us before the period ends with a clear statement: an email to info@nubri.co is enough, or a letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received for that contract within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you. At checkout you ask us to start the service straight away; so you pay a proportionate amount for what we provided until your notice: for a subscription, the share of the billing period that had passed; for credits, the credits you used.

Model withdrawal form: To Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany, info@nubri.co: I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following service: [product and plan]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Email address of the account: [email]. Date: [date].

Law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction where the law allows it.
